Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assure proper coordination of all stakeholders including utility companies. • Maintain organized, accurate and complete records of all events and activities associated with the project. These will include but not be limited to project diaries, GDOT Inspection Reports, Materials Certification Logs, tickets and any quantity computation documentation. The TEAM is expected to measure pay item quantities to verify contractor pay requests. All documents will be kept current and available for inspection and audit by the City for the duration of the project. • Provide interpretations of the specifications and special provisions. • Process shop drawings, requests for information, and initial handling of change order requests. • Review and approve all form work. • Inspect fabrication of pre-cast materials. This will be done in coordination with the designer.
