Specifications include, but are not limited to: A) Project Management 1. Establish work plans for all phases of the design projects. 2. Establish and maintain updated schedules and budgets for design phases that will meet project budgets and schedules. 3. Consultant will be responsible for preparing monthly status reports and conducting monthly meetings with City of Atlanta project manager and other team members as necessary, to discuss the progress of the work, project schedules, budgets, scopes, and any known or anticipated issues. 4. Attend project kickoff and monthly progress meetings to discuss the progress of the work, project schedule, budget, scope, and any known or anticipated issues. 5. Prepare and submit monthly invoices per City of Atlanta standards. B) Survey: The Consultant shall provide topographical surveys, existing conditions, and right‐of‐way surveys of project limits. 1. The survey limits and scope will be proposed by the design engineer, based on their professional judgement of what will be needed for the designs, based on this scope of services and the concepts in Appendix C. 2. Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Level 3/4 Survey should capture utility information sufficient to identify any potential utility conflicts during the design stage to avoid impacts to construction.
