Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offerors will be expected to provide BCBAs for services related to behavior intervention for students with disabilities that include both consultative and direct services. Consultative services include, but are not limited to, in-school consultations, program development, trainings, various types of behavioral analysis and interpretation, testifying in court or administrative hearings, attending IEP meetings, and all other consultation. Direct services include, but are not limited to, direct student services, student skill assessments, behavioral assessments to include Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses, behavioral interventions outlined through a formal Behavior Intervention Plan, behavioral evaluations and all other direct services. Providers will be expected to provide written reports and/or summaries related to all work performed. Service providers must be oriented on the specific needs of individual students and school procedures prior to reporting to work for the first day. Orientation for newly assigned providers will be conducted on site by a school district representative. Service providers will be expected to complete required daily documentation, as directed by Exceptional Education Department procedures. Service providers will be expected to present log of time on the job to a DCSD designee daily for signature verification Behavior service providers must be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions set- forth in these proposal documents. Service providers must maintain confidentiality as required by federal, state and DCSD policies.
