Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Devices A. Acquisition and installation of required equipment: AED devices, accessories, Information Technology (IT) tools, signage, alarms, cabinetry and protective cases. B. Device service event scheduled within the first forty-five (45) days of notice to proceed 1. Vendor will travel to each device site perform maintenance, clean devices, assess current readiness status, update inventory, make recommendations for future device placements C. One (1) web-based tracking system 1. The web-based system shall be available for viewing at the time of contract execution 2. Customized per MARTA device inventory within the first sixty (60) days of contract 3. Vendor shall provide in-house training annually for up to ten (10) employees for system deployment 4. Vendor shall provide status reports within the first sixty (GO) days of contract- see Paragraph 3 Reporting for additional requirements D. Monthly device checks to confirm batteries and electrode pads are within expiry dates E. Replace damaged and failing cabinets F. Install new cabinets G. Install alarms in all new and existing cabinets H. Return deployed devices to rescue ready service within 24 hours of a deployment event
