Selected vendor is expected to deliver a ready-to-use mobile application that meets the needs as indicated in this scope of work. Vendor is expected to deliver a completed mobile application that meets the goals identified in this section within two weeks of being awarded. Final product must be designed and engineered with the user and court team in mind. It must be agile and user-friendly. Application development team must have the ability to compile user insights and behavior to modify the product, understanding what works and what doesn’t for the user profile. Product must move and inspire the participant. Product design (user experience and graphics) must be based on how the end user Misdemeanor Mental Health Court (MMC) program participant will experience the application. Deliver a mobile application that allows the program coordinator the ability to enter individualized goals for each participant (i.e. report to treatment, etc.), which requires verification of location check-in either through facial recognition and/or GPS tracking.
