Remove 3318±SF of concrete parking area at front, left, & right sides of S1 and an 11’x34’ overgrown concrete walkway at the rear. Item #2: Item #3: Cut & cap water supply to building at meter (City may remove meter prior to demolition). Cap sewer/septic at ROW line. Item #4: Any dead foliage or foliage damaged to access removal of the structure or other items that may be considered a potential fire hazard are to be removed from the parcel and disposed. All disturbed areas are to be cleared of debris, rock raked, graded and sloped properly for drainage, and sown with seed (appropriate for the season) and straw*. Item #5: Appropriate erosion and sedimentation control devices and vegetative & structural best management practices (BMPs) are to be deployed in accordance with Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Act (GESA)*. Item #6: Any items discovered or uncovered during the demolition that are not included in this report are to be documented and reported to the inspector.
