Specifications include, but are not limited to: A responsible supplier must be qualified by experience and be in a financial position to provide the highest possible quality ATM Banking Services. Therefore, the supplier will provide, but not be limited to, the following services: Manage the daily operational issues as billing, collection, and maintenance of ATM transaction location(s). If requested, the supplier may advise in the future location(s) of space for new sites and for changes in design for machines in areas where stand-alone machines are located. 4.1.1. The Supplier will install and operate front loading and free standing ATM systems with the design applicable to the specific location on campus. The Supplier will supply to GGC for approval: signage, design and plans of the anticipated and necessary equipment for the ATM space. The design specifications must meet all federal, state, county, city and GGC regulations and laws applicable to the signage, design and safety standards of these agencies. 4.1.2. The Supplier must install its equipment under the supervision of a GGC representative and cannot make construction and repairs without the approval of GGC representative. A schedule of installation will be required by the Supplier. GGC shall provide the Supplier with a confirmed schedule and reasonable access to the locations for purposes of necessary and permitted construction, installation, maintenance and repair of such services. With the expiration or termination of the Agreement, the Supplier must return GGC’s areas to their original condition. Supplier must agree to return the premises to GGC in as good condition and repair as of the commencement date, normal wear and tear excepted. If the property is not returned to its commencement date condition, the Supplier must reimburse GGC for repairs and/or repair the areas as instructed and approved by GGC. 4.1.3. The ATM system will allow cardholders to use the banking system during GGC operational hours and any extended hours during events scheduled for such locations. 4.1.4. The Supplier will advise GGC as to any preventative maintenance or related issues pertaining to GGC’s responsibilities as to the operation of the ATM systems. If the specific area is GGC’s responsibility, GGC Representative will directly contact the services areas for the repair and/or maintenance. The Supplier shall have in place an answering system to report service calls 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The Supplier shall provide a written policy outlining procedures for handling emergency maintenance and repair services during the hours of 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. This shall include the names and phone numbers of the responsible personnel to be contacted in the event of an emergency during nonoperating hours. Should equipment continue to malfunction or repeatedly break down, the Supplier shall advise GGC as to the need for maintenance or replacement, notification to customers, if necessary, and other details as to servicing of the equipment. Should the operation of a particular service area be affected, the Supplier will promptly notify both the specific GGC representative.
