Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Provide Armored Car Service to pick up deposit(s) from the Department of Driver Services (DDS) location(s) and deliver to the applicable bank as listed in Section 2.0. Each location must be allowed up to 15 minutes to provide the deposit(s) to the selected Armored Car Service supplier. 1.2 The deposits mustthen be taken to the bank’s designated Central Money Depository for each DDS Customer Service Center location. Deposits should be made no later than 24 hours after being picked up. 1.3 Weekday pickupsmust be made by 5:30pm and Saturday pick-ups must be done before 12:30pm. No pick-ups will be made on Mondays. 1.4 Contractorshall include all necessary costs, charges and fees in each column of the cost sheet attached to this event/bid with their response. No special, additional charges may be assessed at a later time. This cost sheet must be submitted with bid. 1.5 The supplier shall provide Receipt forms/books at no cost to the Department of Driver Services. 1.6 The contractor will not charge for wait time up to fifteen (15) minutes. Any wait time after 15minutes will be billed per minute and the agency reserves the rights to request documentation to verify the charges for the additional minutes. 1.7 The contractorwill provide a six-month pick-up schedule upon contract execution and provide a new six-month schedule at least 30 days prior to expiration of existing schedule. The contractor must abide with the pick-up schedule and must take into account State Holidays and when the pick-up locations are closed. (list with State holidays/center closures is included). This schedule cannot change unless approved by the State Entity. 1.8 Failure to provide the services on the required days may result in termination of contract or a minimum, the entity will not be charged for any services not provided by the contractor.
