Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking to establish an agency contract for lawn and grounds maintenance with one qualified, responsible bidder, for our Griffin campus. Under the terms of this contract, the Contractor shall provide overall grounds maintenance that result in a clean, attractive, and well-groomed appearance at all times. All exterior areas of the property are included in this contract except where noted. Periodic changes in the use of various areas of the campus such as building, paving, or clearing are to be anticipated and cannot be foreseen in every detail.
