Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope #1 will patch and resurface approximately 1.45 miles of Joe Heard Road from the Miller/Baker County line to State Route 200 including intersection improvements at the Five Points Peanut Mill and Josuli Road. Also included in Scope #1 is patching and resurfacing approximately 1.73 miles of Cross Road starting at Josuli Road and going east as well as intersection improvements at Cross Road and Josuli Road. This scope generally consist of 239 TONS of Road Patching by milling existing road and replacing with 4” of 19mm Superpave Asphalt, 1,226 TONS of leveling, 3,112 TONS of resurfacing with 1.5” 12.5mm Superpave Asphalt, installation of 152 SY of supplied GAB (exclude material), and 35 TONS of 4” 19mm Superpave Asphalt for Peanut Mill Driveway. Project also includes traffic control, shoulder clipping, tack coat, primer, striping along with any other related accessories and appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents. Scope #2 will resurface approximately 1 mile of Cross Road from State Route 91 going west. This scope generally consist of 381 TONS of leveling, 968 TONS of resurfacing with 1.5” 12.5mm Superpave Asphalt, traffic control shoulder clipping, tack coat, primer, striping along with any other related accessories and appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents. The County will perform shoulder work on both scopes of work after project completion.
