19-6446 - RFP - Performance Based Contracting/Sustainable Cost Reduction Solutions

Cobb County Government (“County”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms (“Consultant”), to conduct a strategic cost review at Cobb County libraries to identify possible cost reduction solutions and strategies. Exact number of libraries and locations will be determined by the County. The initial review will be performed on a trial basis and may be expanded to other departments at the discretion of the County. Services will be performance based and provided at no cost to the County. The Consultant will be compensated based on a percentage of discovered savings. Compensation will be provided only for those cost savings strategies that the County elects to implement. It is anticipated that an agreement for the described services will be entered into with a firm that, in the opinion of Cobb County, offers the proposal determined to be most advantageous to the County. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Policy for Procurement of Professional Services (most recent revision November 25, 2014), Selection Process 2 (Competitive Proposals).
