The City of Milton is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional and construction services for the Public Works Maintenance Building/Fire Storage Building Design-Build project. All Respondents must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein.
Full design build services will include, but are not limited to, general construction, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, code compliance review, and civil site design. A design build review meeting will be scheduled every two weeks beginning with the design process and continuing through the completion of construction documents.
The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
