Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive Services The prime Consultant shall ensure that it has prompt and direct access to the following services through inhouse staff and sub-consultant arrangements: CAD Support Cost Estimating Technical Specification Development Construction Administration Scope of Work 1. All labor, material, equipment, taxes, and overhead to provide design/consulting services for this project are to be included as part of the scope listed below. 2. The successful vendor will review all available original construction documents, other consultant reports and photographs as necessary to develop an understanding of the existing construction and conditions. 3. Consultant will conduct their own site investigation evaluating existing construction with a focus on exterior wall finishes to include stucco, brick, flashing, & weather tightness of exterior envelop system. 4. The investigation will be in accordance with ASTM E2128 standards of practices. 5. Vendor shall conduct a thorough investigation to identify concealed water intrusion issues or conditions. Each phase of this investigation will be documented and reviewed with the Georgia Gwinnett College prior to proceeding with the next step of the investigation. 6. Consultant shall present their findings to GGC at the conclusion of the investigation. This presentation will include but not limited to: recommendations, scope of work, and repair details. 7. Consultant will prepare a complete scope of work to include new details and revisions to existing conditions. 8. Selected consultant will provide construction administration services. This will include proposal review and project oversight while repair work is being performed. Selected vendor will serve as GGC's quality control/inspection specialist to ensure all work complies with the specified requirements. 9. GGC shall provide original construction documents and other investigative reports upon request.
