The County is proposing to construct a new 20,000 square foot Transfer Station on its existing undeveloped property at 439 Simonton Mill Road, Carrollton, Georgia 30117. The Contractor will be responsible for forming and finishing all poured concrete up to and around the site of the new Solid Waste Transfer Station in accordance with the drawings supplied by the County. The Contractor will be responsible for placing and tying all steel reinforcement (i.e. rebar or dowels if needed) and for the sawing of joints in accordance to the joint plan supplied by the County. The County will supply the Ready Mix Concrete. The County will supply the #4 steel. The County will self-perform all prep site work and supply elevations to grade within 1/10th plus or minus. The Proposer must be willing and able to coordinate with the County and General Contractor of the new Solid Waste Transfer Station to adhere to the proposed schedule. All materials and workmanship shall meet all governmental rules and regulations.
