Provider must demonstrate ability to document collected waste grease and ensure all collected waste grease is measured and reported in accordance with Department of Commerce standards. • Supplier must have remote visibility into on-site oil inventory to eliminate need for each location to manually order oil replenishment. • Supplier must provide their own 24 hour-7 days per week service - no 3rd party service or sub-contracting permitted. • Supplier is to adapt to all fryer types at no additional charge.
