Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Comply with current federal requirements, licensed under the laws of the State of Georgia and performs cytology reading in the State of Georgia prior to the quote submittal date. B. Prepares and reads all slides and send results to the county health department within 10-15 working days. a. Pap smear findings of Atypical Squamous Cells-High-grade (ASC-H), High Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL), squamous cell cancer or abnormal glandular cells are to be reported to the County Health District of origin by telephone or FAX within 5 working days of findings. b. Discuss any laboratory specifications concerning specimen collection and handling with the District Health Director or his/her designee. C. Report Pap test results using the most current Bethesda System of classification. D. Provide Pap smear collection supplies that pertain to the service provided by Vendor.
