Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.5.1 Construction and addition of a Security Vestibule. 3.5.2 Upgrades to and reorganization of classrooms, support and administrative spaces to best support the educational programs. 3.5.3 Improvement to restrooms and ADA accessibility. 3.5.4 Kitchen and Cafeteria improvements. 3.5.5 Envelope upgrades and repairs and new windows. 3.5.6 Roofing improvements as necessary. 3.5.7 Door and hardware upgrades. 3.5.8 HVAC and controls improvements to meet current APS HVAC Design Guidelines, Standard Specs and Bulletins leveraging existing equipment where practical. 3.5.9 Electrical and plumbing upgrades. 3.5.10 Exterior and interior finish upgrades. 3.5.11 Data, voice, video upgrades. 3.5.12 Life Safety systems upgrades. 3.5.13 Interior, exterior signage upgrades and new LED monument sign. 3.5.14 CCTV, security and access control upgrades. 3.5.15 Furniture and casework upgrades. 3.5.16 Improved bus, carpool drop-off and pedestrian access and flow. 3.5.17 Parking and driveway improvements. 3.5.18 Landscaping, site and accessibility improvements. 3.5.19 The students will be relocated and remain relocated for the duration of the project. 3.5.20 Construction Budget $9.6m.
