Description

The City of Milton is interested in obtaining Managed Print Services. We are already
exploring the possibility of providing our own print services but would like to get more
information on how Managed Print Services can offer the city cost-savings, increase
effectiveness of staff, and allow for a lower lifecycle cost associated with printing
hardware. We currently have 26 network printers in use throughout the city.
Our devices in use include a plotter (Printer & Scanner), color, and monochrome
LaserJet printers, scanners, and Fax machines.

THIS IS NOT A COMPETITIVE BID. The request for information process allows the City to
develop a request for proposal based on the information received.
