The City of Milton is exploring the ways it can best accommodate the equestrian needs of its residents. It seeks consultation from the experts to navigate this process. If selected, the Consultant will produce knowledge, data, and assessments to help the City in identifying the right path to the desired results. This includes writing an ordinance to adopt equestrian land use either through a new zoning district or overlay district for the City.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
