Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above. The City of Boca Raton intends to rehabilitate its Headworks Building #44, primary sludge pump station and add a dedicated electrical building at the wastewater treatment plant. The wastewater treatment plant is permitted at 17.5 million gallons per day. The rehabilitation work includes mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation modifications to the existing treatment system. The expansion work includes constructing a new environmentally-controlled electrical building which will be located adjacent to the existing headworks structure. This new building will require the relocation and replacement of the existing electrical and instrumentation components and construction of a new motor control center. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for all scope components are required for a complete and operating system. Maintenance of plant operations and coordination with operations staff are required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work as necessary. The project is located at the City of Boca Raton Utility Services Complex at 1401 Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33431.
