Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall supply and install an OPW 1C-3112D Edge Double-Wall, or equivalent, spill container. 2. A uniform saw cut of the existing concrete shall be made to facilitate the removal of all concrete remains around the current spill bucket. 3. It shall be the responsibility to consult with a DEP state Certified Inspector State Certified Geologist concerning the project. They shall be on site when the concrete is removed to verify there is no contamination of the soil surrounding the bucket. 4. The Contractor shall have a State Certified Geologist test the soil under the existing single spill container. 5. Providing there is no evidence of soil contamination, the new double wall container shall be installed per the manufactures installation instructions. 6. A hydrostatic test shall be performed and the DEP Inspector shall verify the results. If the hydrostatic test does not meet specifications the Contractor shall correct and retest. 7. New concrete shall be installed to match existing concrete elevations. 8. All debris created from this work shall be removed and properly disposed of by the Contractor.
