Specifications include, but are not limited to: The complete replacement of the roof on the main public library at 314 North 2 Street, Wewahitchka, FL 32465 and the complete replacement of the roof on the gazebo behind the main library which were both damaged by Hurricane Michael in October 2018. The project also includes enclosed rain gutters and down spouts and replacement of insulation if applicable. For both the main library and the gazebo the existing shingle roof shall be removed and replaced, in its entirety, with a metal roof consisting of 26 GAUGE SCREW DOWN SILVER GALVALUME. Roof will be secured with 12-inch in the field and 6-inch on the edge. Additional work consisting of tearing off old eve drip; re-installing new eve drip; rechecking the roof decking; using peel and stick underlayment with secondary water barrier; and replacing any damaged wood or other materials that were under the shingles will be included together with repairs or replacement to any soffit, facia, flashing, or roof caps and all other roof components.
