Specifications include, but are not limited to: OUC has established a Talent Development team that facilitates coordination and collaboration regarding the performance management process amongst staff in various business units. In partnership with other areas within the HR function, the goal or intent of the Talent Development team is to ensure that employee expectations are clearly defined and that our management teams are equipped to monitor, coach and recognized employee performance throughout the year. The consultant will perform an assessment of how OUC currently plans, monitors, evaluates and rewards employee performance and how these processes align with the organization’s vision, strategic initiatives and operational goals.
