Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Patch /repair/ prime and paint wall to match existing texture and finish with one coat primer and two coats of finish color at any location where damage has occurred as a result of new Fire Alarm Installation (Including ladder scuffs, paint stains/dirt and damage from removal existing alarm components). All areas to be painted will be to the nearest corner or edge. b. All submittals shall be reviewed by the County and approved prior to material procurement. c. All material handling, deliveries, and storage shall be coordinated thru the County. PBC will not accept deliveries on behalf of the contractor. d. Contractor is not permitted to deposit any trash in PBC dumpsters. e. Preliminary work schedule with timeline must be submitted and approved prior to the commencement of work.
