Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City, through the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (“DREAM”), will set and define policy and have authority over all contracts and agreements allowed under the City Charter and Code. The Successful Proposer will act as City’s agent in implementing these objectives, policies and guidelines and work in collaboration with DREAM staff. This will be a fee-based management agreement for the oversight and management of the Complex, wherein the City shall pay the Successful Proposer an annual management fee. In the event that the City request any other additional Professional services-said services will be subject to compliance with the City Code, City Charter and other applicable regulations. The Successful Proposer and the City may, at their discretion, negotiate other incidental, supplemental and complementary services and programs such as concessions. If the City chooses to extend the term of the Agreement for any renewal term(s), the annual management fee shall be negotiated. The Successful Proposer’s management staff will provide full oversight of the Complex on a year-round basis. It is recommended the core management staff be comprised of a Stadium Manager, VKMC Restaurant Manager, Booking/Box Office Manager, producer, Operations Manager and necessary restaurant and administrative support staff. It is anticipated that the VKMC as well as the Flex Park may be rented for special events, i.e. corporate, community, and other events.
