Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a 12-foot wide minimum and 14-foot wide maximum concrete multi-use trail running from Tapestry Development to Osceola Parkway tying into the Tapestry Connector Trail on the Southern end and the North Phase 2D Osceola Parkway pedestrian bridge on the Northern end for a total length of approximately 5,646 feet (1.07 miles). The trail also contains 14-foot wide boardwalk sections totaling an approximate length of 823 feet (0.16 mile). Trail construction items include a 4-inch thick (typical) concrete trail with a thickened edge and fiber reinforcement, fence construction, fence gates, gravity wall, retaining wall, signing and pavement markings, and pedestrian railing. All pedestrian features are to adhere to current ADA standards.
