Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Brand names, product names and numbers are provided for some supplies and reagents for the purposes of specific instrument, quality requirements and are not intended to restrict any manufacturer or supplier. 2. If product name and numbers are not provided then all specifications in the description shall be met. 3. Damaged and/or compromised reagents and supplies or those not meeting specifications (Contractor’s Responsibilities B.1. and B.2.) shall be replaced within five (5) business days of receipt and notification by the Laboratory at no additional cost to the County. 4. Delivery to the laboratory facility shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise directed by County Representative or its designee. 5. Orders shall be accepted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 6. Responses to inquiries from County Representative or designees shall be addressed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. 7. The Contractor shall provide a twenty-four (24) hour emergency contact number for emergency requirements within twenty-four (24) hours of contract award. 8. The Contractor’s personnel shall comply with all security measures imposed for visitors/vendors gaining access to the laboratory facility. The Contractor shall enter the area through the security gate at the entrance to the Easterly Regional Water Plant. The Contractor’s personnel shall stop at the security gate and provide photo identification to the guard. The Contractor’s personnel are then issued a badge identifying them as such, which must be returned prior to leaving the facility.
