Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor(s) shall provide a wipe-cleaning of the work environment, equipment housings and equipment rooms after all provided work. B. Contractor(s) shall continuously adhere to all manufacturer and code required checkout procedures for installation, maintenance, startup, commissioning and operation of any system or system equipment. C. Contractor(s) shall keep all work areas clean and free from all debris and rubbish, to the most reasonable extent possible. The Contractor shall remove all debris and rubbish from the work area daily and shall maintain the work area in a broom clean condition. D. Contractor(s) shall immediately notify the County Project Manager when a system is removed from, or returned to, service.
