Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide confidential and professional EAP services to Eligible Employees and their dependents (spouse, children and family members within their household) with up to six (6) face to face sessions per issue for assessment, referral and short term counseling. B. EAP services shall include the ability for self-referral and supervisor referrals. C. EAP services shall include up to 6 hours onsite one-on-one counseling or group counseling services per week. D. EAP services shall include group, telephonic, video, one-to- one counseling, and individual employer site sessions. E. EAP telephonic customer service and urgent counseling functions shall be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
