Specifications include, but are not limited to: Jackson Health System Miracle Building Bond Elevator Modernization Program. For many years, Jackson Health System (JHS) has been struggling with outdated and old vertical transportation systems. The Public Health Trust, the governing body of Jackson Health System, approved $8,950,000.00 to modernize and upgrade a significant number of elevators (project budget). This work includes the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor, services, permits, and licenses necessary for the full maintenance and for the modernization of the following equipment, but not limited to: elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, man lifts, moving walks, conveyors, cranes, traveling sidewalks, people movers, merchandise movers, wheelchair lifts, etc., on behalf of JHS.
