Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing and Mailing DOEA’s bi-monthly publication, Elder Update, to include the following: i. Printing the specific number of copies requested by the Department each month, up to 50,000 copies; ii. Printing and mailing the Disaster Preparedness Guide, up to 220,000 copies; 1. The Contractor shall store the unmailed/unused copies of the Disaster Preparedness Guide for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) days. During this time, the Department may request additional copies of the Disaster Preparedness Guide be mailed via regular bulk postage or expedited mail as requested. Any unused copies of this issue shall be recycled only after receiving approval from the Department. iii. Labeling each shipment’s mailing addresses.
