Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is the renovation of an existing approximately 60,000 SF building shell sitting on an approximately 6 acre site located at 7149 West Colonial Drive (Parcel 23- 22-28-3581-00-013). The consultant shall design a 10,000 to 12,000 SF Community Center within that pre-existing approximately 60,000 SF building shell that will be positioned: (1) toward the front entrance of the building shell; and (2) under the skylights to take advantage of that feature. The remaining space will be reserved for future projects once funding to support such projects is identified however, the design of the Community Center needs to be mindful of such future uses that will be located in that remaining space and give consideration to future connectivity, shared spaces, etc.
