Contractor shall modify existing AC duct for proper ventilation. Contractor shall install a dedicated 20amp circuit with circuit breaker lock and dedicated twist lock circuit. Contractor shall ensure all grounding will be in accordance to Motorola R56 Standards and Guidelines for communication sites. Contractor shall use a 2in conduit to house the DAS antennas. All junction boxes will be required to be NEMA4/X certified. The Contractor shall perform a site survey (20x20 Grid RF) to determine the RF signal strength at the proposed location to determine the Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) output power necessary to meet the requirements with Florida Building Code and NFPA Fire Code. Contractor shall provide Antenna Functionality Testing. Contractor shall evaluate the existing structure to determine needs to meet State, County, City and NFPA code and compliance requirements. Design services that include stamped and sealed drawings from Professional Engineer (Pre and Post Construction). Contractor shall coordinate with the Watch Room team to minimize downtime Installation Services (Turnkey solution). Product purchases (see attached equipment list). Project Management, please provide hourly rate or flat fee. Be able to provide annual maintenance for a three year term. Inspections, adjustments and maintenance as needed and as required Contractor shall provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) The BDA System must be in compliance with NFPA-72, 1221 or County code(s), UL2524, and be approved by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The BDA antenna shall be Passive Intermodulation (PIM) rated Provide the FCC Retransmission Agreement approval by radio system owner (State of FL, County, City, etc.). Coordinate with Advanced Fire & Security, Inc. the integration into the Public Safety DAS Annunciator and Monitoring Panel System. The contractor will use Plenum cabling for all interior cabling. The use of any LMR type cabling is prohibited. One vendor is needed that can meet all of the above requirements.
