The City of Zephyrhills is soliciting bids for a contractor to inspect and upgrade the current HVAC system located at the Zephyrhills Police Department in accordance with the plans and specifications attached to this solicitation. This is a YORK system which was purchased and installed in 2003. Model numbers for the four (4) units located outside are H5CE090A25A and H4DB076S25B.

Units and installation shall comply with all applicable 2014 Fifth Edition Florida Mechanical Codes and Florida Energy Codes.
