Description

Pasco County is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide revenue-generating transit commercial advertising services for approximately two hundred and fifty (250) bus stop benches within the Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) service area. Qualified Offerors are vendors with extensive bus bench advertising experience. While Pasco County values any advertising experience, working within the constraints of bus bench advertising and the location available to place the benches, makes the experience of working in the bus bench vital in meeting the needs of Pasco County and is preferred. Advertising will be placed on Contractor-furnished Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant bus benches. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of exterior advertising sales including bench design and permitting, installation, and removal of benches and individual advertisements; advertising sales and placement; and bench maintenance and repair as generally set forth in this RFP.
