This project proposes to construct approximately 40,000 linear feet of reclaimed water main from a connection point at the Glen Water Reclamation Facility to an existing reclaimed water main at the north side of the intersection of SR50 and US19 and from Trenton Avenue to Toucan Trail along US19. The project includes both direct bury and directional drill of 16” pipeline, installation of above and below grade air release valve assemblies, construction of a three (3) million gallon pre-stressed concrete ground storage tank, vibro-replacement soil stabilization for the proposed ground storage tank, installation and coating of above ground piping, removal of existing buried forcemain, grouting of existing forcemain, FDOT sidewalk removal/replacement, FDOT mitered end section remove/replacement, milling, paving, pavement marking installation, maintenance of vehicular traffic, maintenance of pedestrian traffic, electrical equipment installation, and SCADA installation and integration. Project work will be located inside County property, County Right-of-way, State right-of-way, and private property (Timber Pines Golf Course). Gopher Tortoise survey and relocation will be required within the project limits.
Two (2) Mandatory Prebid and Site visits will be held. Only Bidders present at one (1) of the pre-bid conferences AND one (1) of the site visits may submit a bid for this solicitation.
