Specifications include, but are not limited to: The FDOH in Broward County has a need to purchase the placement of advertising for various public health services and programs to include, but not limited to, HIV prevention, STD prevention, WIC and Tobacco Free Florida on the outside of county transit buses as a bus wrap and on the inside as signs/placards in areas frequented by at-risk populations. Broward County transit buses frequently run through underserved and at-risk communities that may be in need for services and health awareness opportunities. Bus advertising delivers high visibility with constant repetition for greater impact and bus routes may be chosen according to zip codes. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Justification: • Vector Media holds the contract with Broward County Government for advertising on all Broward County Transit buses. • Vector Media has exclusive rights to sell advertising for Broward County Transit
