Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Proposer shall provide a Solution that meets the following specifications: i. Integrates with the City’s current legacy system (Sunguard H.T.E.), the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution from Tyler New World that will be implemented over the next eighteen (18) months, and the City’s public safety advanced scheduling solution – Kronos Telestaff. The Solution implementation shall be performed in conjunction with the ERP implementation. ii. Supports proximity detection and allows for punches to be generated by telephone, computer, and/or biometric clock (to allow for mobility work such as field workers). iii. Solution that is either on premises and/or cloud-based (SaaS) on a government cloud network. Solutions utilizing cloud-based networks shall be housed and secured within the United States. iv. Supports de-centralized data entry (log in via telephone, clock, etc.). v. Full and open database connectivity (ODBC) to Microsoft structured query language (SQL) Server 2012 SP3 (or newer) database systems. For security and support purposes, all support services and employee information must be housed within the United States. vi. Built-in import/export functionality for schedules, punches, reports and financial data both in real-time and on a scheduled basis, as defined by the City. vii. Feeds specific information to the City’s ERP system each pay period for each employee, including but not limited to the following: punch in and out data, biometric data, and employee ID data.
