Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop a detailed Scope of Services for third party administrator services (TPA) tailored to Seminole County’s self-insured risk management program. a. The Scope of Services will include a data management component and the conversion of current data, whether maintained by Seminole County or the County’s current TPA, into the TPA’s data management system. 2. Develop an evaluation component, tailored to the Scope of Services developed, to be used to evaluate TPA proposals. 3. Assist in the ranking and evaluation of the TPA proposals, including participating in any site visits or presentations by the proposers. 4. Assist in developing performance criteria, specific to the Scope of Services, for incorporation into contract language. a. Develop evaluation documents to be used in conjunction with the performance criteria. 5. Should a new TPA be awarded the contract, assist, if needed, during the transition and implementation of the new contract.
