The new back office system is expected to provide the following functionality: o Customer Account management, including 9 million SunPass active accounts and over 12 million active TOLL-BY-PLATE postpaid, billing accounts; o Real-time processing, posting and billing of customer transactions, including over 2 billion toll transactions annually, received from agency transaction host systems, parking facility hosts, and inter and intra-state interoperable toll agencies; o Real-time processing and posting of over $2 billion in annual customer payments received through multiple channels including payment cards, ACH debits, lockbox payments, collection agencies, money service providers, and other contemporary payment methods;
