Specifications include, but are not limited to: Satisfying the City of Coral Springs’ (City) needs for software and professional services to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The City is planning to replace its current ERP software systems environment with a new integrated system, and to adopt systems functionality to support core processes. In doing so, the City seeks to address several challenges in the current environment, including but not limited to: There is limited integration among City systems. There is limited querying and reporting functionality in the current environment. System navigation is not intuitive and is cumbersome. There is significant reliance on MS Excel, MS Access, and manual paperbased processes at the City. Correcting and/or updating data requires manual processes that do not provide adequate audit trails.
