Specifications include, but are not limited to: Thermostats must: 1. Replace existing pneumatic thermostats in a non-invasive manner. 2. Be compatible with existing Heating Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems. 3. Provide at least the same functionality as existing thermostats in addition to the other requirements listed in this document. 4. Allow programming at thermostat. 5. Have the capacity to be programmed to meet each of the conditions below: A. The temperature set points can be programmed at the thermostat with a passcode. B. Allow and govern the manual override of temperature setpoints within a programmed temperature range and a programmed time duration C. Allow at least 2 different set points during one day D. Allow unique programming for each day of the week E. Include an on-screen Wi-Fi connection process if devices are Wi-Fi enabled. 5. Pricing must include cost of thermostats and all additional hardware, materials and labor needed for successful installation. 6. Have at least a one-year warranty. Thermostats should: 1. Connect through Total Connect Comfort portal (https://mytotalconnectcomfort.com) via existing Wi-Fi connection. 2. Allow programming remotely via Wi-Fi connection. 3. Allow relative humidity set point programming. 4. Allow multiple user profiles for remote/Wi-Fi access through the portal. 5. Have piezoelectric air valve. 6. Have two-pipe, direct acting/reverse acting (DA/RA) dual control action.
