Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking a Workforce Management solution for Public Safety Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Leaves and Accruals. A solution designed for a mid to large-sized organization with complex scheduling supporting Union Bargaining Agreements and FLSA rules. Offer tight integration to Oracle HRMS Cloud which we have proposed for the Future Phase 2 of the City’s One Cloud ERP implementation. 2.1 BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS The solution must consist of a set of processes to address the core functional areas of Workforce Management. Number Description BR 1 Personnel Administration The solution must provide the functionality to import and display personnel information (e.g., contact information, employment number, hire date, job code, certification information) provided by the City’s Oracle HRMS system, and other systems. BR 2 Scheduling and Resource Planning The solution must provide Scheduling and Resource Planning functionality (e.g., Personnel (Admin and Field) staffing, shift scheduling, shift swapping, rolling schedule, forecasting).
