Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is seeking a seventy-eight (78) bed secure Residential Program for boys, between the ages of fifteen (15) and twenty-one (21). Program services are to include innovations in delinquency programming and treatment services, and Substance Abuse Treatment Overlay Services (SAOS), or Mental Health Treatment Services (MHOS), as described in all relevant Office of Health Services (OHS) Attachments. The Department shall allow for the flexibility of MHOS and SAOS beds, based on the Department’s needs for treatment services. The program shall be in a Department-owned/leased building located at 9680 Weisman Way, Palm Beach, FL 33411, in DJJ’s South region, or in a Respondent-owned/leased building located in the State of Florida.
