Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The CEI Consultant shall provide assistance to County staff as needed in collecting and maintaining records and reports pertaining to contract requirements. b) The CEI Consultant shall analyze issues that arise on the Project and proposals submitted by the Contractor, work to resolve such issues and process the necessary documentation. If a change order is required, the CEI Consultant shall assist Volusia County in negotiating the contract change and provide a recommendation to the Engineer. c) The CEI Consultant shall review all design changes made by the Design Engineer and analyze any impacts to the project schedule and/or cost. The CEI Consultant shall provide a written recommendation to the Engineer resulting from this analysis.
