1. The services shall include, but not limited to, control of roaches, ants, silverfish, crickets, centipedes, water bugs, fleas, termites, and ants. 2. Respondent shall provide all labor materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the following specifications and scope of work. 3. It shall be the sole responsibility of the respondent to safeguard their own materials, tools, and equipment. The County shall not assume any responsibility for vandalism and/or theft of materials, tools, and/or equipment. 4. It shall be the Respondent’s responsibility to inspect the job sites, verify the conditions, take necessary measurements and counts, and familiarize themselves with all job site conditions. 5. The quoted price for Pest Control Services shall be inclusive of all Respondent overhead costs including but not limited to: travel, labor, any and all equipment and tools required, environmental fees, fuel surcharges, general and administrative costs, and profits. No additional costs shall be permitted. 6. The Respondent’s invoice shall clearly identify a complete description of work performed, location, and date. B. On-Call and Emergency Call Out Services 1. In addition to the needs of each building listed in Attachment A, the Respondent shall be capable of providing On-Call and Emergency response services for infestations at various County-owned, leased, and/or operated buildings within the boundaries of Bradford County
