Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify potential advertisers; 2. Solicit advertisement to be placed inside the Approved Locations owned by the Miami Parking Authority; 3. Abide by the City of Miami restrictions for acceptable advertising displays; 4. Create an advertising program, develop a strategic plan and printed materials which include agreed upon objectives, timelines and processes which reach the Miami Parking Authority’s financial goal of generating advertising revenue from their existing parking facilities; 5. Analyze potential types of advertisements, amounts that can be expected, and targets for contact in categories such as the following: a. Media, print and electronic; b. Companies/corporations that support a multicultural community; 6. Provide, at its own expense, any materials, supplies and equipment necessary to operate the Approved Locations; 7. Maintain any and all Approved Locations structures, facilities, improvements, and equipment in good order and repair at the Successful Proposer’s cost and expense, during the entire term of the Agreement.
