Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide overhead garage door service that meets the requirements of the County and as specified in Exhibit 1. Contractor services shall include but not be limited to: A. Parts and Equipment: i. The cost of parts, equipment, special equipment, rental and shipping shall be at the Contractor’s cost plus a percentage markup. With prior approval from the County, this markup is also applicable to repairs performed by third-party Contractor’s under the supervision of the awarded Contractor. Supporting documentation must be submitted along with the Contractor’s invoice for payment for any markups. B. Complete repair work within seven (7) calendar days after County’s acceptance of the Quote unless otherwise approved by the County. C. Clean the work area and remove any, and all excess materials and debris. D. Correct any damages to property that may have occurred, as a result of the Work. E. Remedy any deficiencies/incomplete Work within 24 hours of notice by the County.
