The City of Boynton Beach (City) has received a grant through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), DR-4673-077-R, which is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and administered by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The City seeks an Engineering Consulting Firm (Consultant) to provide services in two phases: Phase I: Design, modeling and calculations, H&H study/modeling, surveys, environmental assessment, right-of-way (ROW) assessment and easement process, permitting, and preparation of a bidding package for proposed improvements, within the Heart of Boynton area, specifically between NW 3rd Ave, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) C-16 Canal, I-95, and US-1. Phase II: Upon grant approval for construction, the Consultant will provide bidding assistance and construction administration services for retrofitting stormwater infrastructure within the Heart of Boynton area, specifically between NW 3rd Ave, the SFWMD C-16 Canal, I-95, and US-1.
