Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Project initiation The project initiation activities will include attendance at a project kick-off meeting. The CONSULTANT shall prepare a project kickoff meeting agenda and meet with COUNTY staff to discuss the project’s data requirements, schedule, goals, and objectives. Within one (1) week of the kick-off meeting, the CONSULTANT shall prepare meeting minutes and distribute them to COUNTY staff for review and comment. Task 2 – Assembly and Evaluation of Watershed Data Subtask 2.1 – Drainage Patterns and Watershed Boundaries The CONSULTANT shall examine drainage patterns and define the preliminary watershed boundaries based on, but not limited to, the following data available for public use: Existing LIDAR data Orange County’s 2003 Big Econlockhatchee River Basin Stormwater Management Master Plan Big Econlockhatchee Basin Study update that is being prepared for Orange County Available data from Orange County’s update to the 2003 study Orange County’s or its respective municipalities’ studies regarding the Little Econlockhatchee Basin. Seminole County’s 2001 Little Econlockhatchee Basin Engineering Study and Drainage Inventory Seminole County’s 2016 Engineering Analysis for Lake Mills and Lake Pickett Sub-Watershed Management Report Army Corps of Engineering 1993 Econlockhatchee River Study (Orange and Seminole Counties) Topographic information Aerial imagery Seminole County’s stormwater / storm drainage inventory database Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) from the St. John’s River Water Management District (SJRWMD) online database
